CURRENCY

Takutai Rere Jade orders are processed in NZD.  We display the tax exclusive price for our international clients.  Charges are processed by Stripe  in NZD for international orders.  Your final amount will be determined by the exchange rate at the time, plus any fees that may be applied by your provider.

CUSTOM SALES TAX/DUTY

Takutai Rere Jade display both NZ GST inclusive prices, for our local clients, and also GST exclusive prices for our international clients.  Please note that as each country has different regulations regarding Sales Duty/Tax, Takutai Rere Jade are not responsible for any additional charges that may be incurred upon arrival in to your country.

ORDERING PRODUCTS

All products in our Online Shop are available for sale unless otherwise mentioned and we process these orders as soon as they come to us.  If however for whatever reason an online piece is ordered and then shown to be unavailable, we endeavour to provide a piece of equal or better quality in its place.

PROCESSING/SHIPPING/INSURANCE

Once we receive your order, Takutai Rere Jade send you a confirmation email with product/s ordered, address for shipping and taxes.

Once you have paid for your Jade (Pounamu) piece online, your order is considered final, so please choose carefully.

We use NZ courier bags for our tracked New Zealand wide freight free shipping. 

For international shipping: Due to the current volatile shipping market we have had to revisit how we handle our overseas shipping charges.  Any order placed with us, with an overseas address entered, will now have shipping charged separately, prior to sending your pounamu pendant.  Placing of your order denotes acceptance of this additional shipping charge.

We will advise you when your order is ready for despatch and email you the shipping order to be paid prior to sending.  Due to current coronavirus issues around the world we cannot give an estimate to the arrival time. Estimated costs as at April 2021 are $65NZD from New Zealand to USA, to give you an idea of the costs.

CONSUMER GUARANTEES ACT 1993

Where the provisions of the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 apply, these terms will be read subject to the application of that Act, and in the case of any conflict, the provisions of that Act will apply.
